I'm new to blogging world, well although I've had experiences in the past on writing some blogs  back in 2000's (which clearly I didn't remember the blog address now), I never really learn about how to blog properly.

As of this year I've made my resolution that I have to learn about blogging, so the journey has begun. See the thing is, there are so many blog tutorials in this world wide web, but as a beginner they were too hard for me because of the CSS language thingy which I barely understood (d'oh, back in my high school I even skipped my algorithm class and busy learning Pascal C++ programming to make ambitious programs-which I get bored soon). So, I need a simple tutorial, which minimum word explanations and maximum visual explanations (yep, I'm talking about screenshot baby!).

Today, thanks to google product forum, I accidentally stumbled on this beautiful lady's blog : I Write About You

Her name is Vanessa Eugine, she asked the same question as mine (and I quote):

"Okay, I was just wondering how to do i create a page using a Web address? I want to do label-based pages, which I have done in the past.

But When I go to page tab and select "New Page" there is no option for Web address and brings me straight to another page to type ....

I knew Michelle from the comment she dropped on my previous post. As I visited her blog, I fell in love immediately! She has a very nice blog with a simple layout that makes you focus on the contents.

Reason number 2: The photographs in this website is in absolute stunning high definition and the pictures are always unique! What I mean unique is because the objects sometimes are "ordinary", but the way it was taken and the composition made it "different" than how we often see it in our daily life. The owner of this website is John Carey, he is the photographer/owner/writer/curator of the fiftyfootshadows. He provides pictures which you can download for your desktop, mobile phone, or tablet's wallpaper. Specifically the screen resolution for Apple's products, but I guess it's not limited to those products only. I tried to used the pictures on my BB Z10, it works perfectly just like on my iPhone.

Selain fitur yang sudah saya sebutkan, di sini juga ada text editor di mana kita bisa menambahkan tulisan-tulisan di foto yang kita edit. Warna, jenis font, dan berbagai fitur lain untuk text tersedia di sini

Contoh Text Editing

Menu lainnya adalah sticker atau stamp yang bisa kita tambahkan di foto. Stampnya bervariasi dan warnanya juga macam-macam. Cocok kalo lagi pengen edit foto unyu gitu dehhh.. Kemudian ada juga Frame, Texture, serta Themes. 

Nah, Themes ini nih yang seru! Dalam Themes, filter disediakan berdasarkan tema yang kita pilih diantaranya : Vampires, Zombies, Witches, Demons, Day of The Dead , Trick or Treat, (serem semua ya :S) dan ada Winterland plus Sweetheart. Mulai dari background, nuansa foto, bahkan sampai properti wajah disediakan di sini. Saya coba edit foto menggunakan Theme Vampires, jadinya seperti ini :

Kalo full wajah, bisa ditambahkan taring dan darahnya nih. Roaarrhh...
